4. Mobile application

The Pixi Quiz app is published by PIXICODE and distributed on Apple’s App Store and on Google Play. Downloading and using the app are free of charge. The app contains advertising as well as optional in-app purchases, whose prices are displayed in the app before any purchase.

5. Intellectual property

All elements making up the website and the app, in particular the Pixi Quiz trade mark, the logos, the texts, the visuals, the interface, the question database and the software developments, are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of PIXICODE or its partners.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of PIXICODE, subject to the exceptions provided for by the French intellectual property code.

Any trade marks mentioned belong to their respective owners. Mentioning them implies no partnership, sponsorship or affiliation.

6. Liability

PIXICODE takes the greatest care over the accuracy of the information published on this website, but cannot guarantee that it is free of error or permanently up to date. The features of the game described here may change from one version to the next.

The website may link to third-party sites, over whose content PIXICODE exercises no control and assumes no liability.

7. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy. Any request concerning your data may be sent to dpo@pixicode.dev.

8. Reporting content

Any unlawful content or abusive behaviour observed in chat or in multiplayer may be reported to contact@pixicode.dev. We handle such reports as quickly as possible.

9. Governing law and disputes

The website, the app and this legal notice are governed by French law.

In accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French consumer code, any consumer may use a consumer mediation service free of charge to settle a dispute amicably, after first attempting to resolve it directly with us. The European online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
